I’ve tried using just glucosamine sulfate for arthritis because I have read somewhere that it is one of the best ingredients, but I had no results, so I was a bit reluctant to try anything with that ingredient. I did see that your formula had many other vitamins and I decided to try it out. I still have tightness in my joints but I have been only taking your vitamins for 1 month.
