Mitamins provides the Customer Service on your formula's, shipping and returns by providing a free-call number and e-mail address for our Customer Service department. The Mitamins Customer Service department can also check for drug and formula interactions for your patients.

Yes, we are on call to answer your questions Monday to Friday. We can make changes as you request to your formula's, Web Store design changes and will give you a fully guided tour of your Web Store and it's back-end where you can make changes to content and see sales reports at your convenience.

- How do I earn commissions through my store and be paid on them?

You make commissions every month as long as you have at least 1 order through your store. Please see the tiered commission model we use above. Commissions are paid to you at the end of every month.

Yes, you can choose to mark-up your formulas to make additional money through your Web Store. Your mark-up's will be calculated at the end of every month and paid to you with your commission. You can also join our referral program and earn commission on the new clients you refer to us.

The Mitamins team of technical staff will build your store and ensure it is fully functional using various testing methods. We use our own Shopping Cart technology and use PayPal for the check-out process. We find PayPal to be a trusted, reliable and secure payment gateway.

- How long will it take to create my formulas?

Not long. We have designed a unique Formulator tool which allows you to select from our pre-created formulas, combine them or create your own by the click of your mouse. If you choose to create your own, this may take some additional time as it will require research as to what you would add to your formulas and the dosage you require.

No. Mitamins creates this for you. All you have to do is give us your requirements, which may be in the forms of an image, logo or brand name for your Private Label and we do the rest for you.

- How do I create my own formulas?

Mitamins provides you with the tool's and ingredients to be able to create your own vitamin and supplement formula's. All you need is the knowledge to know how to build them (i.e. training that has shown you how).

Of course. We have over 1600 formulas to choose from. You will even be able to alter the formula to add or remove certain ingredients, check for prescription drug interaction and name them as you wish.
